Roles & Responsibilities: Vice President (VP) of Human Resources
Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding.
Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.

Skills and Requirements for Vice President (VP) of Human Resources
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (B.Sc./B.A.) in Business, Human Resources, or Social Sciences.

Experience:
10-15 years of experience in a strategic HR role.
Proven experience as a VP of HR or a similar leadership role.
