Candidate Screening & Interviews: Screen resumes, perform first-level screenings, and arrange technical interviews with managers.
Hiring Team Collaboration: Closely work with hiring teams including IT and engineering to get insights on job needs and hiring priorities.
Employer Branding: Highlight the employer brand of the company to attract the best talent using compelling job descriptions, social media, and recruitment marketing.
Offer Management & Negotiation: Oversee the offer process, such as salary negotiation and employment contract.
Onboarding Support: Facilitate a seamless transition for new employees by arranging pre-boarding and onboarding activities.
