Skills and Requirements for Sourcing Specialist
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, preferably within the relevant industry.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of sourcing methodologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment software.
Communication & Analytical Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, along with problem-solving and analytical abilities.
