Roles & Responsibilities: Recruitment Consultant
Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Provide guidance and coaching to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
Negotiate job offers, salary expectations, and employment terms on behalf of clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry insights.

Skills and Requirements for Recruitment Consultant
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
1-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR consulting.
Experience in agency recruitment or in-house hiring is a plus.
Recruitment Expertise:
