Skills and Requirements
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in an onboarding or talent management role.
Technical & Industry Knowledge:
Proficiency in HR software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and onboarding tools.
Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build relationships and create a welcoming environment for new hires.
Organizational & Analytical Skills:
Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities.
