Skills and Requirements for Diversity and Inclusion Manager
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), HR, or talent management.
Experience in developing and implementing D&I programs and initiatives.
Familiarity with labor laws, equal employment regulations, and workplace compliance.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of DEI best practices, inclusive hiring strategies, and workplace culture development.
Experience with data analysis and tracking diversity metrics to measure program effectiveness.
Proficiency in HR software, Applicant tracking systems (ATS), and reporting tools.
