3. Laissez-Faire Management Style (Delegative)
This approach involves minimal managerial intervention, allowing employees the freedom to make their own decisions.
It is suitable for highly skilled and self-motivated teams, such as those found in startups or research and development. Pros: Promotes innovation and independence among team members. Cons: Can result in a lack of structure or direction.
