How does the trial work?
You have a full-featured Easy HR account for 14 days. After 14 days you’ll need to upgrade to a paying account.
What types of payment do you accept?
We currently accept payments through Online Bank Transfer, Cheques, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and PayPal.
How Secure is EasyHR?
Easy HR uses SSL 2048-bit encryption on all its pages when you log in. This is the same security as online banks.
Am I eligible for any discounts?
We offer great discounts if you choose annual billing for any of our plans.
Do I need to download anything?
Easy HR is a web-based application. You only need a modern browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Safari and an active Internet connection.
Are there any cancellation fees?
Easy HR is a monthly subscription service. You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade your plan at any time. When you cancel, we’ll automatically close your account and permanently delete all of your data.
Can I change plans at anytime?
You bet! Upgrade anytime right from your Easy HR account.
How can I purchase more than 100 employee licenses?
Send us an email or give us a call and we will add more employees to your account.
What is the up-time guarantee?
Easy HR is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) that guarantees 99.99% up-time (excluding any scheduled/emergency maintenance).
Any separate charges for training?
No. Training will be done once to all the HRs.
Any other hidden charges I should be aware of?
No Hidden charges. Incase of any customisation specific to your company requirement charges will apply and you will be informed well in advance.
What are the post sales support you provide?
Based on TAT support is available from 9:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday. Support can be reached on phone as well as on email.
